An early engineering sample of the Mobile Pentium III clocked at 650 MHz (6.5 x 100 MHz). This CPU supports Speedstep and can adjust their clock speed on-fly. These CPU use the Micro-PGA socket and were designed for Laptop and Mobile applications. This CPU was launched in early 2000 and this particular qualification sample was produced in November '99.
